Notice: 2026 Spring Festival Holiday Schedule & Production Arrangement

To help you better coordinate your project schedules and procurement plans for the first quarter, please be advised of our upcoming holiday closure and production arrangements:

1. Holiday Schedule

• Office & Factory Closure: February 14 – February 24, 2026
• Business Operations Resume: Wednesday, February 25, 2026

2. Production & Shipment Policy

To ensure smooth operations during this peak season, please note the following:

• Pre-holiday Shipments: Dispatch before the break is limited to orders already processed and completed. For the specific status of your current consignment, please contact your dedicated Sales Manager for confirmation.
• New Orders: Production for new orders placed shortly before or during the holiday will commence on February 25th.
• Priority Fulfillment: We operate on a “First-In, First-Out” (FIFO) basis. Orders confirmed earlier will secure a priority slot in our post-holiday production queue. We highly recommend finalizing urgent orders as early as possible.

3. Support During the Break

While our production lines will be paused, our sales and technical support teams will remain accessible and will check messages periodically to assist with your needs. For any urgent inquiries or time-sensitive matters, please contact your account manager via mobile or social media apps (WhatsApp/WeChat).
