This product is suitable for monitoring the density of SF6 gas in sealed containers. The gas density value can be displayed on site. When the gas density value reaches the preset value, the contact device will immediately send out an alarm and control signal. The effective execution of inflation, micro water measurement and calibration can be carried out without disassembling the SF6 gas density relay, preventing unnecessary leakage of SF6 gas during the process of inflation, micro water measurement and calibration. Widely used in SF6 insulated combined electrical appliances, circuit breakers, column switches, transformers and transformers and other electrical equipment. The automatic calibration density relay meter is composed of a pressure sensing element, a transmission mechanism, a temperature compensation element, an indicating device and other density detection systems, an electrical contact device and a calibration valve.
Using the principle of pressure measurement with temperature compensation, the density detection system is used to measure the pressure value of the SF6 gas in the sealed container corresponding to a certain density value for on-site detection and control, so as to achieve the purpose of monitoring the gas density.
In a sealed container, the SF6 gas pressure value at a certain temperature (20°C) can be regarded as the gas density value at that temperature (20°C). We take the SF6 gas pressure value at 20°C as a representative value of its corresponding density, and use it as a scale value. When the ambient temperature changes, the temperature compensation element compensates the gas pressure change value caused by the temperature change. Therefore, as long as the density of SF6 gas remains unchanged, the indicated value of the density relay also remains unchanged.
When the sealed container is filled with SF6 gas or the gas changes, the pressure-sensing element is displaced, and is converted into an indicated value by the transmission mechanism. When the indicated value changes due to the change of ambient temperature, the compensation and correction are performed by the temperature compensation element. When the density of SF6 gas rises or falls to a certain set value, the electric contact device will send out an alarm or block control signal immediately and reliably to the preset value to ensure the normal and safe operation of electrical equipment.
The SF6 gas density relay automatic calibration device communicates with the SF6 gas density relay gas circuit. When the SF6 gas density relay is in normal working state, the automatic verification device circuit is in a sealed state. When the SF6 gas density relay needs to be supplemented and verified, the gas supplement and verification device is connected to the SF6 gas density relay automatic verification device, and the internal gas circuit is open, and the SF6 gas density relay can be supplemented or verified. test.
