Model CT19BW spring operating mechanism is a modified version of Model CT19B spring operating mechanism, which structural design is enhanced and the performance is improved to satisfy the requirements of high closing energy and corrosion resistance of Model 40.5KV outdoor vacuum circuit breaker. The modified Model CT19BW spring operating mechanism features high mechanical stability, corrosion resistance and high durability. Model CT19BW spring operating mechanism could be used in operating of Model ZW7-40.5 outdoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker and other similar products. The performance of Model CT19BW spring operating mechanism fully meets the technical specifications of the operating mechanism under the national standard GB1984 “AC High Voltage Circuit Breaker” as well as IEC 56 standard.
1. The thick operating mechanism grips design and the side plates are made of high quality cold rolled steel sheet with a higher structural strength.
2. The main driven parts are made of high quality steel alloy with proper heat treatment, so that the parts feature high tensile strength and toughness and high impact resistance.
3. The component surface adopt the cathode electrophoretic painting with a perfect anti-corrosion performance. The cold temperature long-term efficient grease is applied on the driven parts to improve the weather resistance of the product.
