This product is a voltage indicator with self-test function designed by our company according to the requirements of the power supply department and the market. A self-check button is set on the panel, pressing the self-test button can test the indication and blocking part of the indicator, to improve the reliability of the indicator (see the function of the display device for details), and the live display with fault alarm output. In order to facilitate the user to perform dual-circuit phase inspection on site, the indicator panel is provided with a phase test terminal, and the frame of the indicator shell adopts a detachable front -end, so that the user can replace the indicator light without opening the indicator shell on site. Due to the internal circuit use low-power light-emitting elements, the whole machine have low power consumption, its more stable performance and have higher reliability. It’s widely used in indoor 7.2, 12, 24, 40.5kV and frequency 50Hz high-voltage electrical equipment. It can be used with voltage sensor to reflect the high-voltage live condition. It matched with the disconnecting switch and earthing switch, which can also improve the anti-misoperation performance of the accessory products.

Caution: Just relying on the display function of live display devices is not sufficient to prove that the system is in an unpowered state, if there is any suspicion or affecting the specified operating procedures, an electroscope that meets the requirements of DL740 should also be used.

Self-test

Regardless of whether the high-voltage test is live or not, when the secondary working power is turned on, press the self-test button, and the indicator lights of A, B, and C that show that the device is in high-voltage live should be on; at the same time, the blocking relay will act, and the blocking light will be on.

Display:

When the high-voltage test is charged, press the test button, the charged phase will light up, and the uncharged phase will not light up.

3. The daily average relative humidity of the environment is not more than 95%.

The monthly average is no more than 90%.
