The DD-3B control module can be achieved on control and protect of motor chasis truck (low body vehicle), with both local and remote operation mode. The controller can brake the motor immediately when the driving condition of the motor chasis truck is blocked (such as the installation is not in place or the mechanism is stuck), and the motor is reversely driven to release the stuck state of the boring vehicle.

When the trolley is in non-working position and non-test position, the motor is only allowed to shake out.
Only when all the interlock signals are satisfied and the controller is fault-free, the controller is ready to light, the controller is allowed to operate.
When the process of shaking int stalling occurs, stop the current operation and drive the motor back to the test position, when the precess of return stalling occurs again, motor stop running; when the process of shaking out stalling occurs, stop the current operation and reverse drive motor running 300mS.
When a timeout occurs (timeout set to 70s) does not reach the specified location, should be returned to the test position.
After the motor reaches the test position delay 400mS, then reverse run 20mS.
Overcurrent protection current segment settings, 15 seconds before shake in, 220V set 1.2A, 110V set 2A, the following time 220V is set to 4A, 110V set to 5A; 7 seconds before shake out, 220V set 4A, 110V set 5A, the following time 220V is set to 1.2A, 110V set to 2A.
