10kV Manual Type VCB Chassis Truck for ABB VD4 Vacuum Circuit Breakers

VCB Chasis truck mainly used for switch equipment to install circuit breaker, transformer and other components, push and exit it, play a supplementary role in connecting the components with the busbar.

The handcart type vacuum circuit breaker has two positions in the switchgear, i.e. working position and isolated position, when the breaker is in working position, the main circuit of the switchgear is connected to the main circuit of the breaker; while the breaker is in isolated position, the main circuit of the switchgear is disconnected from the main circuit of the breaker. This conversion of two positions of the circuit breaker in the switchgear is achieved by the movement of the chassis car of the trolley type circuit breaker. Since the main circuit is a high-voltage energized accessory, the circuit breaker must be moved in a state where the chassis car blocking device is unlocked, which means that the chassis car blocking device controls the movement of the chassis car with the circuit breaker in the switchgear.
