XGN□-12 SF6-insulated ring main unit switchgear is widely used in 10kV/6K power distribution system, which is a preferred product for urban and rural user transformer system.
The switchgear is module unit mode, which could be combined based on different usage. It is divided into fixed unit combination and extention unit combination, which would satisfy the need of different substations for flexibility usage of compact switchgear.
The switchgear is a completely sealed system with a stainless steel tank containing all the live parts and switching functions. A sealed steel tank with constant atmospheric conditions ensures a high level of reliability as well as personnel safety and a virtually maintenance-free system.
The switchgear is divided into non-extention standard configuration and extention standard configuration. It has combination and self-extension for full module and semi module, which gives special flexibility of usage.
It is according to GB standard with mechanical life over 30 years under indoor conditions (20 degree Celcius).

1. XGN□-12 uses SF6 gas as extinguishing arc and insulation medium.
2. It is a completely sealed and insulation system with a stainless steel tank containing all the live parts and switching functions. A sealed steel tank filled with 1.4bar SF6 gas can reach IP67 protection level. The whole switchgear device is with constant atmospheric conditions which ensures a high level of reliability as well as personnel safety and a virtually maintenance-free system.
3. The switchgear has reliable safety pressure relief arrangement, which ensures the personnel safety even under extreme conditions.
4. It has fixed unit combination and extendible unit combination.
5. The inlet and outlet are normally designed in the front side of the switchgear, but it can be provided with side outlet or side extension.
6. It is easy to install and suitable in narrow place in bad environment condition.
7. It can be supplied with motor, remote contral and monitoring unit based on the customer’s request.

1. Ambient air temperature is not exceeding 40 degree Celsius, the average value in 24 hours is not exceeding 35 degree Celsius, the lowest air temperature is not exceeding  below 40 degree Celsius;

Relative humidity: daily average value is not exceeding 95%, monthly average value is not exceeding 90%;
Water vapor pressure: daily average value is not exceeding 2.2KPA, monthly average value is not exceeding 1.8KPA;
4. Earthquake intensity: not over 8 degree, horizontal acceleration ≤0.4g, vertical acceleration≤0.5g;
5. Special service conditions: the user should consult with the manufacturer when the switchgear is not under normal service conditions.
